Dealing With Weak Vaginal Muscles? 3 Steps To Rejuvenate And Tighten Your Vagina

Posted on

Whether you've had multiple pregnancies, or you're just living through the normal changes that occur as you age, you might have noticed that your vagina isn't what it used to be. It's normal for a woman's vagina to stretch out, and relax, over time. However, just because it's normal, doesn't make it any more enjoyable. In fact, dealing with a vagina that's not as tight as it once was, can be downright unbearable. If you're tired of dealing with vaginal issues, it's time to take matters into your own hands. Here are three steps you can take to rejuvenate, and tighten your vagina.

Daily Exercises

If you're not exercising your vagina, you should be. Daily exercise can strengthen your vaginal walls, by working the muscles in the pelvic floor.

Kegels

Kegels are a great way to tighten the muscles in your vagina. Best of all, you can do them anywhere, including at work, or in line at the grocery store. Simply tighten the muscles in your vagina, like you would if you were trying to stop the flow of urine. Hold your muscles tight for about 10 seconds. Release, and repeat. Do kegels throughout the day.

Squats

Squats aren't just for toning your legs and butt, they're also for tightening your vaginal muscles. Stand with your back straight, and your feet extended slightly wider than your hips. With your arms extended in front of you, squat like you're going to sit on a chair, or bench. Hold the position for about 10 seconds, stand up, and repeat.

Weight Training

Vaginal cones are another great way to exercise your vagina. These small cones come in varying weight increments. Place a weight inside your vagina, and tighten your muscles to hold it in place. Once you can hold one in place successfully, move on to the heavier cones.

Dietary Changes

You might not realize this, but the foods you eat can effect the muscles in your vagina. If you're experiencing the effects of multiple pregnancies, or aging, make some simple dietary changes. Adding foods rich in plant-based estrogen will help tighten your vaginal muscles. Some foods that are rich in estrogen include sesame seeds, pomegranates, carrots, and apples.

Surgery

If you've tried everything, and your vagina still lacks muscle tone, it's time to talk to your dermatologist, such as at Refined Dermatology, about vaginal rejuvenation. This process will restore the muscle tone in your vagina, and repair minor scarring you may be suffering from.
